Four Seasons North Condominiums is a 7 building, 42 unit community of home owners and tenants, located in the peaceful town of Payson, Arizona surrounded by the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world.

Our HOA Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving the best interests of our community. They work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a great place to live.

Repair Work Update!
Starting Wednesday, September 3, 2025, EVO Construction Services will begin replacing the emergency staircases on two buildings in the community. Normal construction noise (hammers, saws, demolition, etc.) should be expected during this work.
- Building 3 (Units 13–18): Work begins Wednesday, September 3, and will continue through the weekend.
- Building 5 (Units 25–30): Work is scheduled to begin Monday, September 8, and continue throughout the week.
Please note these dates are estimated and may change depending on weather or project conditions. Updates will be provided if delays occur.
📍 Staging Areas & Parking:
Please see the email that was sent by out Property Manger showing where the construction team trucks and dumpsters will be located. This will effect parking in some places.
⚠️ Important Safety Reminders:
- These will be active construction sites — please keep children and pets away.
- Residents in the affected buildings must use the front stair entries only, as the back/emergency stairs will be unavailable during construction.
TREE REMOVAL:
We are also having the dead tree outside of Building 4 (Units 19-24) removed this week (week of September 1) so please keep an eye out for that crew as well.

Annual Chimney Check
Inspections are required annually, whether you burn wood or not in your fireplace. These inspections not only keep the chimneys clean, but they also allow for a check on the integrity of the chimney. Each unit has its own chimney partition. A reminder email will be sent in September, which will provide information about a local chimney sweep aswell as information on procedures, what needs to be provided to the management company, etc.
