The Association's building repair, preparation, and painting project is scheduled to begin Monday, July 20, and is expected to last approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

To ensure the project stays on schedule and to allow the contractors safe and unobstructed access to all work areas, ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN DARK SUNDAY, JULY 19.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• All items from the front entry landings outside each front door.
• All items from balconies, including furniture, décor, planters, storage items, rugs, electric grills, and any other personal  belongings. Also, please note, that rugs are not allowed on  balconies, per the CC&R's. 

There must be NOTHING left on the landings or balconies that could interfere with the crews as they complete repairs, surface preparation, and painting.

All units that have doors from the back stairs leading to their balconies need to leave those doors unlocked so that the crew can access the balconies to prep/paint and make any necessary repairs.  For those owners/residents that only have access through their units (especially on the third floor) we will do our best to keep you updated so that you are aware if they need to access your balcony through your unit.

FOR ENTIRE COMMUNITY

Portions of the uncovered parking areas may be needed during the project for contractor access, equipment, or materials. Owners with second vehicles and guests may need to park in other available uncovered parking spaces while work is underway. 

We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation.

The crew will start work on Monday, July 20, at 7 a.m. and will start each morning at 7 a.m. (weather permitting).  If there is need for an earlier start, we will let all owners know.
